As a supervisor of his team of Dry-liners, Labourers and Plasterers for an interior Fit-out company called Level Best Solutions, his duties were to plan and assist the office base development of partitions, MF/Grid ceilings. Mike would liaise with the floor Managers, Clerk if works, other trades to ensure that deadlines and weekly targets were met. Such projects were carried out for Government buildings in London such as the Ministry of Defence and the Home office. Other projects are The Gherkin Tower and Wembley Stadium.
